| We are most certainly based in Zambia, however we do have an administration office in California. We also have servers in the United States, on which our Web site customers have their sites hosted. |

| Our initial focus is Web related services and products, but we have no intention of stopping there. As we become confident that our future services are based on quality, not quantity, and that we are capable of handling the demand, we will introduce them, one at a time. |

| Don’t let our location fool you! Thanks to email, instant messaging, and internet phones, we are able to work with our customers around the world. If specific needs arise, we will do everything possible to fulfill those needs. |

| Not only students, but we have Northrise University graduates and some instructors all working together to provide our customers with the best quality possible. |
| What is the primary purpose of Northrise Services? |
| To help support Northrise University operations. Due to the poor economy of Zambia, very few people can actually afford college tuition, so we aim to help provide other ways for students to attend classes. N.S. also helps provide them with valuable hands-on training and experience. |
| Are your services or products the cheapiest available? |
| There is a difference between economical and cheap. So, with that, our answer must be no. If all you want is cheap service, then we might not be the answer for you. If you want high quality products or services at extremely competitive prices (If not considerably lower), then you have come to the right place. |
